• An order is considered accepted only when you receive an order confirmation via Email or WhatsApp.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

o Metro Cities: 2 to 4 business days
o Non-Metro Cities: 3 to 6 business days
o Remote Locations: 7 to 10 business days
• Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and shipping destination.
• Tracking: Once dispatched, a tracking link will be sent to your registered Email or WhatsApp.
Cancellation & Return Policy
• Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but may be returned subject to our return eligibility criteria.
• Return Eligibility:
o Return requests must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
o Items must be unused, in original physical condition, and returned in original packaging with all included accessories, tags, and manuals.
o Items damaged due to improper handling, external damage, or incorrect self-installation are strictly ineligible for return.
• Refund Process: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method (or via bank transfer for COD orders) within 5–7 business days.
